Our Warranty Program

Our Golden Warranty

This warranty is obtained by paying 10% of the original cost and applies only to the original purchaser of the part.  The warranty covers the part only as long as the part is still installed in the vehicle for which it was originally purchased for 101 days.

The warranty is non-transferable. If any defect is discovered during
the warranty period, the recycler must be informed immediately.

All claims must be accompanied by the part and the original sales receipt.  Defects must be verified and all work under this warranty authorized by the Recycler. Transportation cost of any part to the Recycler is specifically excluded from this warranty. The Recycler reserves the right to repair, replace or refund. Refunds will be in the form of a credit or cash minus a 20% restocking fee. This will satisfy all obligations under this warranty.

Any improper use, abuse, (including but not limited to overheating or low oil in engines  and transmissions), neglect careless handling, damage done by improper installations or repairs, or removal of part from the vehicle in which it was first installed after purchase  from the Recycler shall void this warranty. Melting of heat tabs installed by the Recycler if applicable will be considered evidence of overheating.

Labor costs, including the cost of moving attached external parts from
the purchaser's old part to the Recycler part, seals gaskets, fluids, and similar supplies are specifically excluded from this warranty.

The liability and obligation of the Recycler under this warranty shall not include any inconvenience, transportation, towing labor expense, down time, or direct or indirect or consequent damage, or delay resulting from any defect.

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which vary from state to state.  Any cause of action arising from any warranty action must be filed in Cook County, IL.  There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face hereof.

GOLDEN WARRANTY COVERAGE
THIS WILL PROTECT THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED 101 DAYS FROM ORIGINAL INVOICE DATE FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE FAILED PART, AS OUTLINED IN OUR WARRANTY POLICY.
